What's In My Bag: L.A Edition
Today I am bound for the City of Angels!
I am so blessed to be back in the States so soon after my last vacay and while this trip will be short and sweet, I am so excited to catch up with friends, do more makeup shopping AND attend Generation Beauty by Ipsy!
So here is a sneaky peek of what's in my bag for L.A including products I use on the daily and non-negotiable essentials.
Whether I am on a long haul flight or chilling out I love getting lost in a good book or the latest glossy! I always reach for The Collective Mag when I want an inspiring read about the 'Game Changers, Thought Leaders, Rule Breakers and Style Makers'!
The Collective Hub Magazine - Print and Digital Editions
Pen + Notebook
I always carry a pen and paper in my bag to jot down any ideas I get (while reading The Collective Mag) or things to do. Plus I am a sucker for pretty stationery!
kikki.K Notebook (pack of three) + Pen
I won't get far without it on my globe trotting adventures!
Monogrammed Pale Pink Passport Holder The Daily Edited
I don't think I can go a day without listening to music so when I'm travelling my earphones are a must! Plus they are great if you want to watch your fave YouTubers and makeup tutorials!
Beats by Dre Earphones
I'll be wearing my favourite sunglasses to keep those California skies out of my blue eyes!
Quay 'My Girl' Sunglasses
Hydrating Facial Mist
When I am flying I ALWAYS take a facial mist! The planes air cycle machine tends to dry out my skin so a little spritz is perfect to keep it hydrated. This cute little bun from Tony Moly makes for the perfect mist and travel companion!
Tony Moly Pocket Bunny Sleek Mist
I am OBSESSED with rollerball fragrances. Not only are they compact and fabulous for travelling but they allow you to try new scents before investing in the full size bottle.
Chloe Love Story Rollerball and more!
Lip Gloss is a product I use on the daily and I always have at least three different types in my bag. A lip balm is great to condition lips and prevent chapping and gloss is perfect for adding colour and shine! So pucker up your perfect pout!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Gloss
If you read my 2016 Beauty "Resolutions" Post (if you didn't you can check it out here) you will remember that wearing sunscreen more often was a must do this year and it goes double when I am travelling! I am outdoors more, exposed to the harsh UV rays, so I want to protect my skin to keep it looking youthful and healthy. Decanter your favourite moisturiser and take it on the plane with you to keep your skin hydrated when you're sky high!
Bobbi Brown Extra Repair Moisturising Balm SPF 25
I use eye cream every night and being away from home is no exception. I also like to apply it on the plane before I put on my eye mask so it absorbs into the skin while I sleep and I wake up with smooth skin and brighter eyes.
Aesop Parsley Seed Anti-Oxidant Eye Cream
